Whether our members are in an adult family home or part of our community support living program, we center our goals around helping them learn or continue learning how to live on their own. At Clearwater Assisted Living, LLC, we provide comprehensive, tailored home health and residential care services to adults with disabilities. We began providing care to individuals in March of 2022. Our staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality care possible. We are committed to providing services that meet your needs and encourage independent living. Since 2022, we have expanded to offer Residential and Home Health care within three regions: Eau Claire, Rice Lake and Roberts, WI.
We are passionate about our professional and personalized care, and work hard to meet, and exceed, your expectations. We prioritize integrity and grit as necessary characteristics for our team.
